Bowling Green Post Investigating Serious Injury Crash.

The Bowling Green Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a serious injury crash. The crash was reported on July 30, 2026, at approximately 2:48 p.m., at the intersection of U.S. 20 and Tracy Road, Lake
Township, Wood County.
The preliminary investigation revealed that a Chevrolet Cruze, operated by Laura Lubinski, 50 years of age, of Toledo, was traveling southbound on Tracy Road. A Ford Pick-up, operated by Christopher Beekley, 49 years of age, of Perrysburg, was traveling westbound on U.S. 20. The Chevrolet failed to yield the stop sign southbound and was struck by the westbound Ford. Both vehicles traveled off the south side of the roadway where they came to final rest.
Lubinski was transported to Mercy St. Vincent’s Hospital with life threatening injuries. Beekley was treated at scene and released.
