Defiance County Commissioners open bids on demolition project in Sherwood.

Defiance County commissioners opened four bids on a demolition project in downtown Sherwood on Monday.  Maumee Valley Planning Organization representatives opened four bids for the demolition of structures at 114 and 116-120 Harrison St. in Sherwood during the commissioners’ regular Monday meeting.  The Sherwood Mutual Telephone Association intends to construct a new office building in the block, hence their removal is necessary.
