Defiance County Drug Free Coalition held its annual Defiance County Overdose Awareness Day.

The Defiance County Drug Free Coalition held its third annual Defiance County Overdose Awareness Day at Defiance College last week. Over 100 community members gathered in the Smart Center to mourn those who have died from overdose and to learn about services for recovery and prevention.  According to a media release from the Coalition, one of the evening’s highlights was the free-will donation dinner offered by the State Bank Gives Truck, which allowed guests to share a meal and establish connections with members of the community.
