Defiance man found guilty by Defiance County jury on five drug-related offenses.

A Defiance man was recently found guilty by a Defiance County jury on five drug-related offenses, including two second-degree felonies.  After a jury trial, 46 year old Carl Hagerman was found guilty on two counts of aggravated trafficking in narcotics and tampering with evidence, and aggravated possession of drugs and aggravated trafficking in drugs.  Hagerman’s $350,000 bond with a 10% allowance clause was maintained. Sentencing was set for August 25th.
