The Franklin County Common Pleas Court has accused a man with Medicare fraud.  The Ohio attorney general, Dave Yost, said in a news statement on Wednesday that 62 year old Robert Lomas and four other people had been charged with one count of Medicaid fraud, a fourth-degree felony. According to the statement, he and four other people embezzled almost $540,000 from the government’s health care program for the underprivileged.
