A Kentucky man’s petition to have criminal charges related from a 2022 deadly crash dismissed in Fulton County Common Pleas Court was denied by the Sixth Appellate District Court, sending the case back to the local court.  According to Fulton County Clerk of Court records, 24 year old Baylor L. Barnum, of Louisville was previously convicted by a jury on one count of aggravated vehicular homicide, one count of vehicular assault, and one count of vehicular manslaughter. He was given a 78-month prison sentence in March 2024, of which 41 days had already been served.
