Lucas County Juvenile Court judge deems prosecution’s delays “inexcusable” in case relating to June 6th shooting.

During a pretrial hearing on Tuesday for a 17-year-old accused of the June 6 Old West End Festival mass shooting, a Lucas County Juvenile Court judge deemed the prosecution’s delays “inexcusable” and ordered the young person to stay in juvenile prison for an additional week.  The adolescent has been detained in juvenile jail for sixty days after making their fifth court appearance before Judge Amy Stoner.
