Parkview taking preemptive measures in response to cyclosporiasis outbreak.

In response to the continuing cyclosporiasis outbreak that is hitting portions of the Midwest, Parkview Health has declared that it is taking preemptive measures to protect patients, coworkers, and visitors.  The health system has eliminated all lettuce and salad mix items from patient menus, retail cafeterias, and bistros in all facilities as of right now.
