Three individuals have been struck at crosswalks in the past week in Toledo.

In Toledo, three individuals have been struck at crosswalks in the past week, including two children who were hurt and a lady who died.  According to the Ohio Department of Transportation, fatal pedestrian events usually occur throughout the next three months of the year.  Everyone has a part to play in making the roadways safer, according to Toledo Police, whether they are using the sidewalk, behind the handlebars, or behind the wheel.
