Two-day civil litigation trial between BMU and long-standing local business concluded Monday.

A two-day civil litigation trial between Bryan Municipal Utilities and a long-standing local business came to a conclusion on Monday after the judge decided in favor of BMU.  Marc Fishel, representing BMU, filed a petition for a directed verdict in the case after witnesses called by lawyers for The Ohio Art Company testified. He stated that he believed Ohio Art had failed to provide reliable proof of negligence beyond August of 2021.
