According to the Lucas County Coroner’s Office, an 11-year-old girl and a 38-year-old man drowned in Lake Erie close to a nearby marina in what authorities are describing as unintentional deaths. On July 2, the body of 38-year-old Jonathan Ciha was recovered from the ocean close to Meinke Marina. The body of 11-year-old Angelique Cunningham was found in the same area three days later on July 5.
