An 18-year-old passenger was killed and a driver critically injured in a crash involving a motorcycle Monday morning in Tiffin. The crash happened at the intersection of W. Market and Benner streets, according to a media release from Tiffin Police Chief David Pauly. A motorcycle carrying two people was traveling east on Market Street when it collided with a vehicle heading north on Benner Street.
