25-Years For Bryan Man

A man from Bryan, among a group of four arrested on metham­phet­a­mine charges in drug last April near Hamil­ton was sen­tenced to 25 years behind bars Mon­day in Steuben Supe­rior Court.

34-year-old Joseph Cotrell, in a plea agree­ment, admit­ted to a felony charge of aid­ing in the man­u­fac­ture of meth. As part of the agree­ment, three other charges were dis­missed by pros­e­cu­tors.

The plea agree­ment called for a max­i­mum sen­tence of 30 years.
