The vehicle involved in the Nov. 12 hit-and-run crash with an Amish buggy has been located. The Ohio State Highway Patrol on Wednesday identified the driver as Michael D. Quillen, 32, of Bryan, who was operating the white Chevrolet Silverado involved in the incident. On Nov. 12, troopers responded at approximately 5:41 p.m. to eastbound County Road G near County Road 10 in Center Township for a reported crash involving a pickup truck and a horse-drawn buggy. The preliminary investigation found that the buggy, occupied by Martha Wagler, 27, of Bryan, and two children, was struck from behind by the pickup truck. The truck, initially believed to be a white Chevrolet Silverado, failed to stop and left the scene.
