Former Napoleon Councilman resigned after harassment allegations

New information released by the City of Napoleon states that former councilman Jeffrey Marihugh was being investigated for sexual harassment reported by three city employees in November. The complaints were investigated, according to the city, and they say Marihugh admitted making “off color” remarks. He resigned after the council president informed him that his violations were going to be made public unless he resigned, which he did on Nov. 12th.
