Spencer Ann Hein, two months

Spencer Ann Hein, two months, of Bryan, Ohio, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, October 12, 2016, shortly after admittance to Community Hospitals and Wellness Centers in Bryan. Spencer was born on August 4, 2016, in Bryan, the daughter of Kevin Matthew and Randi Nicole (Brown) Hein.

Survivors include her parents of Bryan; two brothers, Tracy Dotson and Jase Hein, both of Bryan; her maternal grandparents, John and Beryl Ann Brown, of Sherwood, North Dakota; her paternal grandparents, Phillip and Betty Hein, of Bryan; her maternal great-grandparents, Helen Baird, of Kendallville, Indiana, and Ruth Ann and Kenny Brown, of Bryan; two aunts, Erika (Charles) Parks and Brittany (Adam) Siegrist; one uncle, Brian Hein; and numerous cousins.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 18, 2016, from 2:00-5:00 P.M. in the Krill Funeral Home, 860 West Mulberry Street, Bryan. Services will follow, beginning at 5:00 P.M. in the funeral with Reverend R.L. Barnett officiating. Interment will be private.
