Marie Greisinger, age 92, of Delta, Ohio, passed away peacefully, Wednesday, May 3, 2017, at the Manor at Perrysburg, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on May 7, 1924 to Harry and Dessie (Dailey) Whitmire. She married Daryl Greisinger on March 21,1943; he preceded her in death in 1985.
Marie was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Delta. She enjoyed volunteering as a cherry coat at the Fulton County Hospital, and at the Open Door. Marie loved to go fishing and play cards.
She is survived by her sons, Randy (Sue) Greisinger, Michael Greisinger, and Terry (Janet) Greisinger; 7 grandchildren; 3 step-grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren and 3 step-great-grandchildren.
Marie was preceded in death by her parents; husband Daryl; daughter in law, Kris Greisinger; and sister, Reva.
Family and friends may visit, Sunday, May 7, 2017 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Grisier-Weigel Funeral Home, 400 W. Main St. in Delta (419.822.3121). Funeral Services will begin at 11:00 p.m. on Monday, May 8th in the funeral home, with Pastor Stuart Mahan officiating. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery.
