An area youth tests positive for influenza A, as health officials in Henry County continue to monitor residents following the discovery of H1-N2 influenza in swine at the county fair. Officials say there shouldn’t be any panic. They add the virus is just a variant of influenza A…basically a common form of the flu. Anyone with direct contact with swine, such as those working in swine barns or showing swine at the fair, who have experienced cough or flu-like symptoms, should contact a health care provider.
