Sandra A. Czaja, age 63, of Butler, Indiana, died at 6:50 P.M. on Sunday, January 7, 2018, in Parkview Hospital in Fort Wayne. Sandra worked for 18 years at Lectron and later worked in security at SDI. She enjoyed crocheting and reading.
Sandra was born on July 3, 1954, in Garrett, Indiana, the daughter of William C. and Lola M. (Davis) Rucker. She married Ronald J. Czaja on February 24, 1979 and he preceded her in death on April 20, 2014. Sandra is survived by her children, Bradley (Chelsea) Czaja, Stephanie Czaja and Tonya (Omar) Contreras, all of Butler; eight grandchildren; mother, Lola M. Rucker, of Auburn; sisters, Cynthia D. Dull, of Auburn and Juli A. Delacruz, of Butler and brother, Daniel C. Rucker, of Auburn. She was preceded in death by her father; husband and sister, Susan Hoover.
Visitation will be held from 1:00-3:00 P.M. on Wednesday, January 10, 2017, in the Krill Funeral Home, 114 East Hull Street, Edgerton with funeral services at 3:00 P.M. with Pastor Kevin Marsh officiating. Burial at Butler Cemetery will follow the service.
