Jeffrey Ray Myers, 28

Jeffrey Ray Myers, 28 years, passed away Thursday, April 5, 2018 as the result of an automobile accident near Napoleon, Ohio. Jeff was born December 21, 1989 in Sylvania, Ohio, the son of Douglas and Melanie (Koch) Myers. He was a 2008 graduate of Maumee High School. He worked as a pharmacy tech at CVS and previously as a packaging tech at Heartland HealthCare Services. Jeffrey was a member of Garden Park Christian Church. He was a compassionate person, always willing to help a friend. He enjoyed the annual hunting trip going up north and spending time outdoors. Jeffrey was a Detroit Tigers, Detroit Red Wings, Notre Dame, and Green Bay Packer fan. In his free time, Jeffrey cherished his time spent with his family and friends.

Surviving is his mother, Melanie (Pat Reckner) Myers of Sylvania, Ohio; one brother, Army Medic Jared (Ayla) Myers of Fort Sill- Lawton, Oklahoma; grandparents, Calvin and Dorothy Myers of Sherwood, Ohio and Ray Koch of Bryan, Ohio; companion, Mackenzey Jordan Stachowiak and son, Jackson Douglas Myers; Aunts and Uncles, Nancy Myers of Sherwood, Ohio, Sandi (Butch) Houdeshell of The Villages, Florida, Vickie (Steve) Sprow of Bryan, Ohio, Cindi (Lee) Zigler of Bryan Ohio, and Mike (Rhonda) Koch of Georgia; niece, Louise Myers. He was preceded in death by his father, Doug, grandmother, Laurel Koch.

A celebration of life for Jeffrey Myers will be held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, April 21, 2018 at Garden Park Christian Church, 8605 Salisbury Road, Monclova with Pastor John Thybault officiating. The family will receive relatives and friends from 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 on Saturday in the church. Arrangements are under the care of Oberlin-Turnbull Funeral Home, 206 North Lynn Street, Bryan, Ohio 43506 (419-636-3139).
