It was a big job and it tied up traffic and everything else for a time. Massive equipment…heading to an oil refinery in Oregon…was being hauled on the streets, east of Toledo. So big…streetlights and power lines had to be moved…then put back as the procession of vehicles past. The trucks and the equipment?…hundreds of feet long…very high…all of it slowed things for several hours on the area’s roadways.
