Juanita Rivera, age 68, of Bryan, Ohio, died at 5:13 P.M. on Thursday, May 21, 2020, at Community Health Professionals Inpatient Hospice near Defiance. Mrs. Rivera was a homemaker and child care provider. She was the best bingo partner ever. Juanita was a doting grandmother that adored her family.
Juanita was born on April 28, 1952, in Brownsville, Texas. She married Luis A. Rivera on May 6, 1972, in Archbold, and he preceded her in death on December 10, 2002.
She is survived by her daughters, Jackie (Matt) Montani, of Weirton, West Virginia and Janice (Jeremy) Crow, of Virginia Beach, Virginia; grandchildren, Austin, Selena, Shayla, Xavier, Stella and Jeremy and her sisters, Lupe, Martina, Mary, Melva and Celia. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son, Luis Ernesto Rivera and grandson, Cameron Oberlin.
In keeping with Juanita’s wishes, there will be no services held. She will be laid to rest at Fountain Grove Cemetery, Bryan. Services have been entrusted to Krill Funeral Service, 860 West Mulberry Street, Bryan.
