Audrey Ilene Fast, 75

Audrey Ilene Fast, age 75, of Bryan, Ohio, passed away at 4:05 P.M. on Wednesday, June 24, 2020, at Fountain Park Inn and Villas in Bryan, surrounded by her family, after an extended illness. Mrs. Fast was a graduate of Montpelier High School and had been employed as an injection mold operator at Plas-Tec in Edon, Ohio, from 1984-1997, and then at JCIM in Bryan from 1998-2010, for a total of twenty-five years in plastics manufacturing. Prior to that, she had worked at Hillside Country Living, Evergreen Manor Nursing Home, the Montpelier Auto Auction, and Lazy River Campground. She was an active member of Grace Community Church in Bryan and enjoyed working at the Thrift Store. For many years she was an FHA Chapter Mother at North Central High School and was a 4-H advisor with the Town and Country Remnants and Leftovers Club.

Audrey Ilene Fast was born on April 26, 1945, in Montpelier, Ohio, the daughter of Clarence and Clarice (Mercer) Malone. She married Daniel Fast on February 8, 1986, and he preceded her in death on November 18,1994.

Survivors include her four children, Mary Jean (Charles) Brown, of Montpelier, Richard Dean (Janet) Cogswell, Sr., of Burlingame, Kansas, Suzanne Ranae (and her partner, Becky Lindsey) Cogswell, of Richmond, Indiana, and Robert (and his husband, Bruce Richardson) Cogswell, of Frisco, Texas; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two sisters, Margaret Beck, of Archbold, Ohio, and Carolyn (Lyle) Starr, of Henryville, Indiana; a brother-in-law, Keith Hancock, of Bryan; and numerous nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Richard Malone; and two sisters, Donna (Roger) Smith and Alice Hancock.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 30, 2020, from 4:00-8:00 P.M. in the Krill Funeral Home, 860 West Mulberry Street, Bryan. Services will be held at Grace Community Church on Wednesday, July 1, 2020, at 11:00 A.M. with Pastors Nate Petrosky and Sam Byroads officiating. Interment will be in Cambria Cemetery, Cambria Township, Michigan.

Memorials are requested to Grace Community Church.
