Deborah Rupp, 61

Deborah A. Rupp, age 61, of Fort Wayne and formerly of Edgerton, passed away at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, October 15, 2013, at Vibra Hospital in Fort Wayne. She was a graduate of Edgerton High School and worked for several area businesses including Pepsi Company, the Bryan Times and Park View Nursing Care. She was a Christian and fun loving person. Deb always took care of others, even helping raise several children in the Edgerton area.

Born December 22, 1951, in Bryan, Ohio, Deb was the daughter of Donald E. and Barbara Jean (March) Rupp. She is survived by her brother, Ricky E. Rupp, of Cleveland, Ohio; step-mother, Pat (Sutton) Rupp; nephew, Seth Edward Rupp; uncle, Kenneth E. Rupp, of Edon; close friends, Ann Freeland, Val Varpanie, Daphne Jackson and Sharon Brown and her beloved cat, ShyShy. She was preceded in death by her parents, an aunt, Mary Ellen(March) Rupp and her other cat Teako.

A Celebration of Life service for Deborah A. Rupp will be held at 12:00 P.M. on Saturday, November 16, 2013, at the Edgerton Church of Christ, with Pastor Russell Dewell officiating. A reception and luncheon will follow in the church. from 1:00-3:00 P.M. The arrangements are under the direction of Krill Funeral Service, 114 East Hull Street, Edgerton, Ohio.

Contributions in memory of Deborah A. Rupp may be given to Shriner’s Hospitals or St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
