A man breaks into the Ohio Statehouse in Columbus in the early morning hours…uses a fire extinguisher to spray chemicals on the historic building’s Rotunda floor…and then calls 911 seeking medical help. When the police arrive…they find the man outside on the west lawn of the downtown building, near the monument of former Ohio governor and president, William McKinley. Officials tell reporters the man was under the influence. Apparently, he broke a window to get inside, broke a second window once inside the building, and broke a third to escape. Maintenance workers are cleaning up the mess, and fixing a few windows, too.
