NAPOLEON COURT RULING BINDS TWO

Two peo­ple have been bound over to the Henry County Grand Jury from Napoleon Munic­i­pal Court.

47 year old Con­stance Kelso was bound over on a felony charge of Pos­ses­sion of Drugs. Kelso waived the pre­lim­i­nary hear­ing, and was ordered to report to the court pro­ba­tion depart­ment twice a week.

56 year old David Ward of Napoleon was bound over on a fourth degree felony charge of Domes­tic Vio­lence. Ward was ordered to have no con­tact with the vic­tim.

Also, 26 year old James Allen Mason of Napoleon was arraigned on a felony charge of Domes­tic Vio­lence in Napoleon Munic­i­pal Court. Mason is sched­uled for a pre­lim­i­nary hear­ing today.
