Ohio State Police Report

Ohio State Police report that at least one person was injured Thursday afternoon when a semi-rig swerved off the westbound lane of the Ohio Turnpike, slid into the median, went over an embankment, and then got wedged between the overpasses on County Road 15.

A number of tow trucks were called in to try to remove the tractor trailer.

State Police say the Montpelier Fire Department along with Williams County EMS and Sheriff’s Officers were also called in to assist with the crash cleanup. That crash happend just before 1:30 yesterday afternoon.
