The Bryan City Council approves the 2023 budget and hires four interim attorneys during a special meeting. One of the attorneys will serve as the city’s legal counsel while three more will split the duties of municipal prosecutor. The council also approved the 2023 budget, appropriating $59 million dollars for the year. It includes $2.4 million dollars for capital improvements. One project listed is a Lynn Street waterline replacement and repaving, from Wilson Street to South Street.
