Grover Hill man pleads not guilty by reason of insanity on murder charge.

A rural Grover Hill man entered a plea of not guilty by reason of insanity to a murder indictment in Paulding County Common Pleas Court. After initially pleading not guilty, 20 year old Corbin Delgado entered the insanity defense on charges of murder, an unclassified felony; felonious assault, and assault earlier this week. The attorney representing Delgado, requested a competency evaluation for his client. According to the indictment, on May 27th, Delgado allegedly caused the stabbing death of Derek Pontius of Grover Hill.
