Robert L. Winebar, age 87, of Bryan, Ohio, passed away at 3:15 P.M. on Saturday, March 30, 2013, Bryan Care and Rehabilitation Center where he had been a resident. Bob retired from Wilco Machine & Tool in 1991 and prior to that had worked at 50 Corporation. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and was a former member of the Bryan Eagles and the Bryan Moose Lodge. He was an avid fisherman and gardener.
Robert Lee Winebar was born on January 20, 1926, in Edgerton, Ohio, the son of Clarence and Mary M. (Worthington) Winebar. He was a graduate of Edgerton High School. Robert married Jeanette Louise (Stokes) in 2001 in Bryan, and she survives. Robert is also survived by his sons, Brent (Bobbi) Winebar, of Green Bay, Wisconsin, Clair (Diane) Winebar, of Findlay, Ohio; daughter, Tracy (Eric) Cukierski, of Toledo, Ohio; three grandsons; two granddaughters; two step sons and a sister, Pearl Warner, of Edgerton. He was preceded in death by his parents, first wife, Muriel (Long) Winebar, second wife, Doris (Mock) Winebar, brother, Wilbur Winebar and sister, Pluma Ordway.
Graveside services will be held on Saturday, April 6, 2013, at 11:00 A.M. at Maple Grove Cemetery in Edgerton. Krill Funeral Home, 860 West Mulberry Street, Bryan has been entrusted by the family with handling the services.
