A Napoleon man, arraigned in Henry County Court on five counts of gross sexual imposition, has been released on a personal recognizance bond. 67 year old Larry Byrley of Napoleon entered a plea of not guilty to the third degree felony charges.
He’ll be back in court at a later date.
In other court action in Henry County, 31 year old Justin Gainor of Napoleon pled guilty to Attempted Domestic Violence. Gainor was placed on community control for three years.
20 year old Josiah Wallace of Archbold pled guilty to Breaking and Entering, and was ordered to serve 60 days at CCNO. Wallace was also placed on community control for three years.
And finally, 24 year old Christopher Christensen of Defiance will go to trial in front of a jury in July on a charge of Felonious Assault.
