Montpelier woman accused of aggravated attempted murder recently has appeal dismissed.

A Montpelier woman accused of aggravated attempted murder recently had her appeal dismissed by the Sixth District Court of Appeals on the grounds that her bond was too high.  Amanda S. Heller was recently indicted by a grand jury in Williams County recently. She allegedly tried to kill “John Doe” in April. She allegedly had a firearm under her control and used it to assist in the crime. Heller was charged on April 26 with one count of felonious assault. She appeared the next day in Bryan Municipal Court, which set bond at $100,000 and no 10% allowed.
