Four County ADAMhs Board to put 0.7-mill renewal levy on the ballot in November.

The Four County ADAMhs Board decided to put a 0.7-mill renewal levy on the ballot on November 3, at its recent meeting. Since its initial approval in 1982, voters in Defiance, Fulton, Henry, and Williams counties have renewed the property tax, which provides funding for a range of behavioral health services, every five years.  If voters approve the issue once more in November, it will bring in around $2.29 million a year to support sliding-fee mental health, addiction, and family violence programs for four county residents with low incomes.
