Christopher Michael-Earl McKeen, 8-month-old son of Timothy A.M. McKeen and Penni J. Lett, passed away suddenly at 1:14 A.M. on Monday, June 16, 2014, shortly after admittance to Community Memorial Hospital in Hicksville, Ohio.
Christopher Michael-Earl McKeen was born on October 6, 2013, in Defiance, Ohio, and is survived by his parents; three sisters, Juiliet McKeen, Jozlynn McKeen and Baylee Barnette; his grandparents, Tina Lett, of Bryan, Ohio, Nancy and Kim Fisher, of Bryan, and Timothy P. McKeen, of Defiance; his great-grandparents, Sandra Myers, of Grover Hill, Ohio, Ronnie and Zeda Hunter, of Broughton, Ohio, Ann and John McColley, of Napoleon, Ohio, and Leona Horstman, of Defiance; his great uncle, Christopher Douglas Helser; his godparents, Allison Biery and Jason Holifield; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Michael Earl Helser, and great-grandparents, Charles James, Jr., Rodger Horstman, David A. McKeen, Lucille Parson and Oscar Earl Helser.
Services for Christopher Michael-Earl McKeen will be held on Friday, June 20, 2014, at 1:00 P.M. in the Krill Funeral Home, 860 West Mulberry Street, Bryan, with Pastor John MacFarlane officiating. Interment will be held in Riverside Cemetery, Defiance. Visitation will be held for two hours prior to the service, beginning at 11:00 A.M., in the funeral home.
