The Northwest State Community College Board of Trustees held a board retreat and regular meeting on Friday. During the meeting, Dr. Michael Wolfe, dean of business at NSCC, gave a presentation on the newly formed Dean’s Leadership Cluster.
In other action, the board Approved the resignation of Erika Rufenacht and retirement of Donna Hershberger;
Approved the employment of Cassie Rickenberg, administrative assistant to the vice president for academics and student services; Michael Black, dean of student services; and Thomas Kelly, advanced manufacturing training coordinator; Promoted Jody Glasser to full-time cook, Andrea McIntosh to full-time custodian and Amanda Potts to director of admissions; Approved miscellaneous employment contracts; and Approved a policy for support and assistance to veterans and service members.
