Defiance Seeks New Chamber Director

The Defi­ance Area Cham­ber of Com­merce has put out the word… they need a new pres­i­dent.

The posi­tion will become effec­tive soon, as cur­rent pres­i­dent Isaac Lee plans to step down, effec­tive March 13th in order to accept the posi­tion of vice pres­i­dent of mem­ber­ship for the Toledo Regional Cham­ber of Com­merce.

The cham­ber board of direc­tors exec­u­tive com­mit­tee is now in dis­cus­sions on just how to go about find­ing Lee’s replace­ment.

Lee served as pres­i­dent of the cham­ber since May 2010, and mem­ber­ship has grown by nearly 100 mem­bers under his leadership.
