Norma J. Dixon, age 85, of Montpelier, Ohio, continued on her journey Wednesday, March 25, 2015, in her home, surrounded by her family. Norma was an assembler at Robinair SPX for 20 years prior to her retirement. She was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Montpelier.
Born July 27, 1929 in Delta, Ohio, she was the daughter of Arnold M. and Marie S. (Sandmann) Haseman. Norma married Sam H. Dixon on April 2, 1983 in Montpelier, Ohio and he survives.
Norma is also survived by her daughters, Lois (Lavon) Flower, of Montpelier, Lorie Knapp (and Kent Wolff), of Montpelier, Linda (Scott) Pettit, of Montpelier, and Lisa (Kevin) Coffman, of Bellevue, Ohio; many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Richard Haseman and two sisters, Donelda Swan and Helen Andrews.
Visitation for Norma will be held on Sunday, March 29, 2015 from 2:00-5:00 P.M. at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 209 Broad Street, Montpelier. Funeral services will be held in the church on Monday, March 30, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. with Pastor Paul Gruetter officiating. Burial will follow in Glenwood Cemetery, Napoleon at 2:30 P.M. Arrangements have been entrusted to Krill Funeral Service, 860 West Mulberry Street, Bryan.
Memorial contributions may be given to St. John’s Lutheran Church, Montpelier.
