Another drug arrest in Bryan… This time, Bryan PD nailed 22 year old Anna Garver of East High Street for shoplifting first. She was then charged wtih possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Garver was taken to CCNO where she was placed behind bars on those charges.
