Tommy W. Green, age 72, of Bryan, Ohio, passed away at 6:30 a.m. on Friday, May 3, 2013, at Genesis Healthcare in Bryan. He was a machinist at Aro Corporation for over 40 years and was a member of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church near Edgerton. He loved to snowmobile and water ski at Coldwater Lake. Tommy was a US Army veteran.
Tommy was born on November 19, 1940, in Fort Wayne, Indiana, the son of Milford M. and Edith (Krontz) Green. He married Cathy Jo Osborn on February 24, 1973, in Defiance, and she survives.
In addition to his wife, Tommy is survived by two sons, Richard Green, of Butler, Indiana and David Green, of Auburn, Indiana; five grandchildren, Lance, Justin, Cheyanna, Bryce, Cohlten Green and a brother, Gene Green, of Bryan. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Jim Green.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 6, 2013 from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 P.M. at the Krill Funeral Home, Edgerton and one hour prior to the funeral service. Services will be held on Tuesday, May 7, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. at Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, with Pastor Kurt Letcher officiating. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery, Edgerton.
