A Bryan man will be arraigned on Tuesday morning on charges related to his alleged rape of a six year old girl. 40 year old William Johnson JR, has a history of violent crimes. Johnson is accused of raping the young girl on or about April 12. The girl’s name and additional details have been withheld. Charges against Johnson include also take into account that Johnson is already classified as a sexually violent predator and that he is a repeat violent offender.
If convicted on all the charges facing him, Johnson could be sentenced to life behind bars without parole. Johnson was convicted in Bryan Court on domestic violence charges in 1999 and 2000. He was also convicted in Bryan on a 2001 assault charge and disorderly conduct cases from 2000 and 2014, according to the Bryan Times.
