HE TOSSED HIS METH LAB BUT GOT CAUGHT ANYWAY

Indiana State Police said Thursday that a man was arrested Wednesday night after resisting police and throwing a one-pot meth lab.

39 year old Larry W. Wiseman was being held in the Steuben County Jail on preliminary charges of manufacturing methamphetamine and resisting law enforcement.

Police were making a traffic stop when Wiseman got out of the vehicle. They say he had a plastic bottle and a lithium battery in his hand that he was trying to push into his pants pocket.

After physically resisting the officers and throwing the plastic bottle, later determined to be a meth lab, a Taser was used and the officers took him into custody.
