Richard A. “Dick” Miller, age 95, of Las Cruses, New Mexico and formerly of Wauseon and Swanton passed away Monday September 21, 2015. Prior to his retirement from Matlock Trucking he had retired from the US Air Force after 20 years.
Mr. Miller was born in Wauseon on August 11, 1920 the son of the late Gormiel and the late Olive (Hampshire) Miller. He was a graduate of Wauseon High School.
He is survived by sisters; Vanelda Daniels, Beverly Winch, Patricia Grove, Gloria Pawlicki, brothers O. Clair and David Miller and many nieces and nephews. Preceding him in death besides his parents were sisters Margaret Daniels, Virginia Roth, Joenita Miller and brothers Franklin, Rollin, Otto and Larry.
Graveside Military services will be held at 11:00am Saturday October 17, 2015 at the Wauseon Union Cemetery. There will be no visitation. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.GrisierFH.com. The Edgar-Grisier Funeral Home in Wauseon has been entrusted with arrangements.
