Sheriff’s Deputies were watching closer over the Thanksgiving holiday and made 54 traffic stops, according to Fulton County Sheriff Roy Miller. Eighteen drivers were cited, mostly for speed. Thirty-nine drivers were lucky enough to get away with a warning. There were no reported drunk driving arrests. The blitz is paid for by the Ohio Department of Public Safety, which allows the department to provide extra patrols to increase safety.
