A Paulding man charged with escape from a medical furlough in October has pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity in Paulding County Common Pleas Court. He’s 26-year-old J. Tucker Harman. He was arrested in Cheboygan County, Michigan last month. He walked away from medical furlough on October 30th. His original charge was having weapons under disability. He is set to be in court for a jury trial on January 5th. His bond set at $100,000 with no 10% privilege.
