The Bryan City School Board of Education okays a lease with Community Hospitals and Wellness Centers. The agreement refers to a piece of land in the area of the former high school campus, containing around 60 parking spots. The lease is for a period of two years, as the hospital system will pay the district an undisclosed monthly rent. The spaces are located on the campus’ west side, around Little Bears Stadium and back to the pavilion at Garver Park.
