A Daring Rescue

A North Baltimore boy is lucky to be alive. We’re now learning 12-year-old Jerad Suman was saved by Allen Township Firefighters during last week’s deluge. The 7th grader was with friends at Village Park Thursday afternoon when the Rocky Ford Creek spilled over into the pond and flooded the field. The water was rising so fast, within minutes, officers had to back up their cruisers and call for a water rescue. The video is pretty dramatic.
