Health officials in Steuben County confirm a new positive case of COVID-19, there. They tell reporters the patient is under the age of 60. They have been in touch with the patient and the Indiana State Department of Health epidemiologist to identify, notify and monitor any close contacts. Steuben County currently has 18 positive cases. 8 people have recovered. One person has died. 343 tests have been given.
