Two people were hospitalized with serious injuries after a pickup truck struck their horse-drawn buggy in Huron County Tuesday evening, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol. The buggy was traveling west on Baseline Road in front of the pickup truck driver, a 43-year-old, who OSHP says did not give enough clearance and struck the back of the buggy near New State Road. The buggy then went off the right side of the road.
