Area commissioners meet to discuss the current status and future plans for Hicksville Community Memorial Hospital. The board also met with Erika Willitzer for a monthly economic development update. She gave an update on various projects, including an initiative to encourage locals to use the resources offered by GIFT, a non-profit that offers assistance with development and manufacturing of food products for small businesses.
