Ashley Ann McCrea, age 32, of Antwerp, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly at 6:54 A.M. on Thursday, February 12, 2015, shortly after admittance to Community Hospitals and Wellness Centers in Bryan, Ohio. A 2001 graduate of Edon Northwest High School, she was currently employed by Campbell’s Soup in Napoleon, Ohio. Ashley’s girls were her world and she enjoyed spending time with them, coaching softball for her daughter and never missing any of their sporting events.
Ashley Ann McCrea was born on September 5, 1982, in Bryan, Ohio, the daughter of Rod E. and Pamela A. (Muehlfeld) McCrea. She is survived by her daughters, Shaelin and Brooklin, both at home, her parents, Pamela (Bob) Winslow, of Antwerp, and Rod (Laura) McCrea, of Fremont, Indiana; her brothers and sisters, Bobby (Tashia) Winslow, Toni Winslow, Riley and Kennedy McCrea: her grandparents, Gene and Ilene McCrea, of Edgerton, Ohio, and Ned (Carol) Saalfrank, of Fremont, Indiana; and her great-grandfather, Homer McCrea, of Edon, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Anthony and Phyllis Muehlfeld and Robert and Peggy Winslow, Sr.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 16, 2015, from 2:00-8:00 P.M. in the Krill Funeral Home, 860 West Mulberry Street, Bryan. Services will be held on Tuesday, February 17, 2015, at 11:00 A.M. in the Krill Funeral Home, Bryan. Visitation will also be held for one hour prior to the service, beginning at 10:00 A.M., in the funeral home. Interment will be in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Blakeslee, Ohio.
